Jonathan has been instrumental in shaping Niseko’s property landscape since the early days of its growth. With a strong background property development, he leads the company with a clear vision combining strategic insight, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of the Japan market.
Jonathan continues to drive Nisade’s mission to deliver exceptional properties and long-term value for clients and partners alike.
Sherry Yen
Director of Real Estate & CMO
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and real estate, Sherry brings a rare blend of creative vision and commercial insight to Nisade Real Estate. She leads the company’s property portfolio and brand direction, combining deep local market knowledge with design-led storytelling to connect developers, buyers, and partners through trust and results.
Kent Prior
Senior Investment Manager
This will be Kent’s 10th year with Nisade Real Estate and 16 years living in Niseko. Kent has an excellent reputation amongst our clientele for real estate transactions. His knowledge of the market whether it be for investment, lifestyle or development is an invaluable asset to have. Niseko has seen huge growth over the past ten years and Kent has witnessed it all, he believes the next ten years will be bigger than the last.
