Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote Nisade Real Estate’s luxury properties and services.

Our marketing team is dedicated to elevating the Nisade Real Estate brand, driving engagement, and showcasing the best of Japan’s high-end real estate through innovative campaigns and creative storytelling. 

Location: Niseko, Japan
Reports to: Real Estate Director  
Terms: Fixed contract 12 months
Salary: Starting at ¥5,880,000 per month to ¥6,500,000 depending on experience
Start Date: November 1st, 2025

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote Nisade Real Estate’s luxury properties and services. This role is both creative and analytical, requiring expertise in campaign development, brand positioning, and multi-channel marketing for high-end real estate. You are the project lead, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Nisade's business goals, vision, mission and luxury brand positioning in real estate.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive opportunities in the luxury property sector.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and experiential events.
  • Write clear and inspiring creative briefs for the creative team, ensuring campaign objectives and brand standards are met.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials for luxury property listings, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate launch events, open houses, and luxury property showcases, ensuring a seamless brand experience.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools; report on KPIs and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, optimizing campaigns for better engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to developers and clients.

Brand Development 

  • Work as part of a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines.
  • Adjust throughout marketing campaigns to emphasize building loyal followings and consumer engagement.
  • Focuses on monitoring, adjusting, and improving results.
  • Understand brand guidelines and ensure they are followed.
