• Salary: Starting at ¥450,000 per month to ¥490,000 depending on experiences

Are you a passionate photographer/videographer with an eye for luxury and detail? Do you love capturing stunning interiors, architectural beauty, and the essence of high-end living in Japan’s premier ski resorts! NISADE Real Estate is seeking a content creator to join our Marketing Team, specializing in high-end accommodation and luxury property shoots. Your role will include photographing and filming exclusive residences, chalets, and penthouses, as well as lifestyle imagery that highlights Nisade's world-class portfolio. Creating and editing engaging visual content for social media and digital channels is central to this position.

• Develop and execute creative concepts for property marketing campaigns, including themed shoots and storytelling visuals that highlight Nisade Real Estate's luxury brand.
• Stage and style interiors for photo/video shoots to ensure properties are presented at their absolute best.
• Collaborate with property owners, architects, and interior designers to understand unique features and capture them effectively.
• Produce virtual tours and 360-degree walkthroughs of properties for digital marketing and remote viewings.
• Capture lifestyle experiences, from arrival to relaxation, to showcase the lifestyle offered in Niseko and Furano.
• Document renovation or construction progress for new luxury developments, creating 'before and after' content.
• Create short documentaries or brand films that tell the story of Nisade Real Estate's listing properties and team.
• Work with drone photography/videography to capture aerial perspectives of properties and surrounding landscapes.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, premium aesthetic across all channels.
• Assist with live streaming or real-time social media coverage of special events, open houses, or property launches.
• Stay current on industry trends in luxury real estate photography and digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Organize and maintain equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is in top condition for shoots.
• Provide creative input for website design and property listings, ensuring visual assets elevate the brand.

• Genuine passion and creative eye for luxury accommodation photography/videography and editing.
• Reliable, mature, and highly organized with a polished, professional approach.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and working long hours when needed.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to changing environments.
• Flexible and quick-thinking in fast-paced situations.

• English proficiency is a MUST.
• An international driver’s license is a MUST.
• Portfolio showcasing your work, with emphasis on luxury interiors, architecture, and lifestyle.
• Proven experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn (Tiktok is a plus).
• Experience with luxury accommodation/property photography and on-snow lifestyle shoots.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent industry-standard software.
• Ski/Snowboard Ability: Applicants MUST be experienced skiers/snowboarders with skills in action snowsports photography, including shooting advanced riders.
