We’re looking for a driven and highly organized individual to join the Nisade Real Estate team. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and coordination across various projects, making it ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a fast-paced team in the heart of Niseko.
- Location: Full-Time / Based in Niseko, Japan
- Reports to: Real Estate Director
- Terms: Fixed contract 12 months
- Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,000,000 yen/year value contract package
- Start Date: October 1st, 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Real Estate team
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and internal catchups; take detailed meeting notes and follow-up action items
- Maintain and organize internal documents, project trackers, and shared files (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Shared Drive)
- Keep property listings, documents, and CRM records accurate and up to date
- Assist with onboarding new team members and supporting internal communication
- Coordinate basic office operations and liaise with suppliers and service providers when necessary
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and listing promotions
- Coordinate property photography, videography, and occasional lifestyle shoots
- Assist in preparing and uploading content not limited to social media, newsletters, website, and property listing platforms (e.g. Uchi, PropertyAccess,Nisaderealestate.com)
- Help track performance and assist with reporting• Assist in the production of branded materials such as signage, brochures, and flyers
- Liaise with freelance creatives, photographers, and external vendors as needed
Requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to Niseko (Kutchan/Hirafu area)
- Bilingual preferred (Japanese + English); trilingual (Mandarin) a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with tools like Microsoft, Google, wordpress, Canva, social media platforms, CRM tools
- Previous experience in real estate admin a plus
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a small team
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of real estate or tourism industries in Japan
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Mailchimp, or WordPress
- Design skills (Canva, Adobe) or content editing ability is a bonus
