With over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and real estate, and 15 years living in Niseko, Sherry brings a rare blend of creative vision and commercial insight to Nisade Real Estate. She leads the company’s property portfolio and brand direction, combining deep local market knowledge with design-led storytelling to connect developers, buyers, and partners through trust, clarity, and results.

Originally from Sapporo, Ko brings over five years of experience in project management, having worked on large-scale developments across Hokkaido.
